Decedent Tonya Penny Cron departed this life on the 2nd day of May, 2023; she was domiciled at 627 S. Littler Ave, Edmond, OK 73034, at the time of her death. Decedent died intestate, leaving four heirs. Further, Petitioner, Barry S. Bond, is domiciled at: 212 Timberdale Terrace, Edmond, OK 73034. That the total value of Decedent's estate is less than $200,000.00. That interested persons must file an objection to the Petition at least ten (10) day before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner or that person will be deemed to have waived any objection to the Petition and that if an objection is filed at least ten (10) days before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the Petition shall be admitted, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom said distributions shall be made. The claim of any creditor not shown in the Petition will be barred unless the claim is presented to the personal representative on or before a date certain, at least thirty (30) days following the filing of the Combined Notice. That this matter shall be set for hearing not less than forty-five (45) days following the first publication of Notice to Creditors and if there is a defect in Notice or in the form of the Petition or if objections are filed, or for other good cause shown, the hearing may be postponed to a date certain.
