APPLICANT: STAGHORN PETROLEUM II, LLC. RELIEF SOUGHT: HORIZONTAL DRILLING AND SPACING UNIT. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SECTIONS 15 AND 22, TOWNSHIP 12 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST, CADDO COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
TO ALL PERSONS, OWNERS, PRODUCERS, OPERATORS, PURCHASERS AND TAKERS OF OIL AND GAS, INCLUDING but not limited to all persons if living or if deceased, their known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of any such party, and all corporations existing and if dissolved, known and unknown successors, and all persons having an interest in the captioned land.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests that the Commission enter an order: (A) establishing a 1,280-acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for production of hydrocarbons from the Red Fork common source of supply underlying Sections 15 and 22; and (B) amending the provisions of Order No. 99106, as corrected by Order Nos. 130156, 302845 and 323458, which established a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for production of hydrocarbons from the Cherokee Sand common source of supply, to delete said common source of supply underlying Section 22, all in Township 12 North, Range 12 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma.
SPECIAL RELIEF: Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this cause may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing on the Spacing is set before an Administrative Law Judge on January 5, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the Eastern Regional Office, 201 West 5th Street, Suite 540, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. Instructions for participating via teleconference or videoconference are available on the Commission's website at www.occeweb.com.
