Applicant may request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all working interest and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. Special Relief: Applicant may also request that the order to issue in this cause provide to the operator a period of one (1) year from the date of the order in which to commence operations for the drilling of the initial well proposed hereunder. Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this cause may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing on the Pooling is set before an Administrative Law Judge on February 23, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the Concourse Theater, Suite C50, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N.
