APPLICANT: UPLAND OPERATING LLC AND UPLAND EXPLORATION OKLAHOMA, LLC. RELIEF SOUGHT: MODIFICATION OF POOLING ORDER NO. 552835 AS MODIFIED BY ORDER NO. 603020 (CHANGE OF OPERATOR). LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 15 NORTH, RANGE 24 WEST, ROGER MILLS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
TO ALL PERSONS, OWNERS, PRODUCERS, OPERATORS, PURCHASERS AND TAKERS OF OIL AND GAS, INCLUDING but not limited to all persons if living or if deceased, their known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of any such party, and all corporations existing and if dissolved, known and unknown successors, and all persons having an interest in the captioned land.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests that the Commission enter an order amending Order No. 552835, as modified by Order No. 603020, as follows: (A) to designate Upland Operating LLC as Unit Operator of the Cherokee common source of supply underlying Section 32, Township 15 North, Range 24 West, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, as to all subsequent wells in such common source of supply; and (B) that Presidio Petroleum LLC remain operator of the Bombay 1-32 Well.
SPECIAL RELIEF: Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this cause may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing is set before an Administrative Law Judge on February 23, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the Concourse Theater, Suite C50, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. The Concourse Theater is located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. Instructions for participating via teleconference or videoconference are available on the Commission's website at www.occeweb.com.
