TO ALL PERSONS, OWNERS, PRODUCERS, OPERATORS, PURCHASERS AND TAKERS OF OIL AND GAS, INCLUDING but not limited to all persons if living or if deceased, their known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of any such party, and all corporations existing and if dissolved, known and unknown successors, and all persons having an interest in the captioned land.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests that the Commission enter an order granting Applicant an exception to the horizontal well spacing requirement as stated in OAC 165:10-3-28(c)(2)(B) for Applicant's proposed horizontal well for the Deese common source of supply underlying Section 8, Township 8 North, Range 10 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma.
Special Relief: Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this cause may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing on the Well Location Exception is set before an Administrative Law Judge on February 23, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the Eastern Regional Service Office, 201 West 5th Street, Suite 540, Tulsa, OK 74103.
