(b) An Order creating a 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the Deese common source(s) of supply underlying Section(s) 17, Township 11 North, Range 11 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma. Said 640-acre horizontal unit to be formed by the governmental section, with the permitted well location to be located not closer than 660 feet from the boundary of such unit. (c) Applicant may request that said Order be made effective on a date prior to its signing.
