APPLICANT: KOLIBRI ENERGY US INC. RELIEF SOUGHT: MULTIUNIT HORIZONTAL WELL. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SECTIONS 11 AND 14, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, CARTER COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
TO ALL PERSONS, OWNERS, PRODUCERS, OPERATORS, PURCHASERS AND TAKERS OF OIL AND GAS, INCLUDING but not limited to all persons if living or if deceased, their known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of any such party, and all corporations existing and if dissolved, known and unknown successors, and all persons having an interest in the captioned land.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests that the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows:
(A) Approving the Clifton Mack #11-14-2H multiunit horizontal well in the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed for the Target Reservoir comprised of the Caney common source of supply in Sections 11 and 14, Township 4 South, Range 3 East, Carter County, Oklahoma, to allow such multiunit horizontal well to be drilled at the following locations:
SURFACE LOCATION: Will be specified in the final order to issue in this case but will be situated in the SE/4 of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 3 East, Carter County, Oklahoma.
LOCATION OF COMPLETION INTERVAL IN SECTION 11-4S-3E: The proposed location of the end points of the completion interval will be no closer than 2,640 feet from the North line, no closer than 830 feet from the West line and no closer than 0 feet from the South line of Sec. 11-4S-3E, Carter County, Oklahoma.
LOCATION OF COMPLETION INTERVAL IN SECTION 14-4S-3E: The proposed location of the end points of the completion interval will be no closer than 0 feet from the North line, no closer than 165 feet from the South line, no closer than 830 feet from the West line of Sec. 14-4S-3E, Carter County, Oklahoma; and
LOCATION OF COMPLETION INTERVAL WITHIN THE MULTIUNIT: No closer than 2,640 feet from the North line and no closer than 0 feet from the South line of Section 11, no closer than 0 feet from the North line and no closer than 165 feet from the South line of Section 14 and no closer than 830 feet from the West line of Sections 11 and 14-4S-3E.
In Carter County, Oklahoma.
To be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from the above-named separate common source of supply, and establishing a proper allocation factor for allocating the cost of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the affected units covered hereby; and
(B) Granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein.
The legal descriptions of the land sections adjacent to the area within which the location lies are: Sections 1, 2, 3, 10, 12, 13, 15, 22, 23, and 24, Township 4 South, Range 3 East, Carter County, Oklahoma. Applicant further requests that Applicant or some other party be authorized the right to drill said Well. Applicant further requests that it be permitted to produce said Well at said locations from all common source of supply covered hereby without any downward allowable adjustment.
SPECIAL RELIEF: Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this case may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this case will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing on the merits is set before an Administrative Law Judge on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. in the Commission's Courtroom in the Concourse Theater, Suite C50, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. The Concourse Theater is located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. Before coming to the building for this hearing, please visit the Oklahoma Corporation Commission website at www.occeweb.com to determine the status of building access. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use.
