APPLICANT: KOLIBRI ENERGY US INC. RELIEF SOUGHT: INCREASED WELL DENSITY, LEGAL DESCRIPTION: ALL OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, CARTER COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests that the Commission enter an order amending Order No. 262751 to authorize the drilling, completion and production of the Clifton Mack #11-14-1H, Clifton Mack #11-14-2H, and Clifton Mack #11-14-3H to be three (3) additional wells to produce from the Caney common source of supply underlying the 640-acre unit comprised of all of Section 11, Township 4 South, Range 3 East, Carter County, Oklahoma, and that the Applicant or some other party be authorized the right to drill and produce said wells.SPECIAL RELIEF: Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this cause may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing on the merits is set before an Administrative Law Judge at 8:30 a.m., on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Oklahoma City office of the Corporation Commission, in the Commission's Courtroom in the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. The referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. Before coming to the building for this hearing, please visit the Oklahoma Corporation Commission website at www.occeweb.com to determine the status of building access.
