The Applicant may request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all of its working interest and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. The Applicant may also request that the order to issue in this case provide to the operator a period of one (1) year from the date of the order in which to commence operations for the drilling of the initial well proposed hereunder.SPECIAL RELIEF: Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this case may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order.
