APPLICANT: REIGN OPERATING LLC. RELIEF SOUGHT: WELL LOCATION EXCEPTION. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 12 NORTH, RANGE 25 WEST, ROGER MILLS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Unbridled Resources, LLC; and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, and if any of the above individuals are deceased, or if any of the above companies are no longer in existence, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant a well location exception for a well to be drilled and produced from the Tonkawa common source of supply, underlying the above-described land, said well to be located:
Commencement of Completion Interval:
no closer than 165 feet from the north line and no closer than 900 feet from the west line of the unit described as Section 3, Township 12 North, Range 25 West, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma,
End of Completion Interval:
no closer than 165 feet from the south line and no closer than 900 feet from the west line of the unit described as Section 3, Township 12 North, Range 25 West, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
The offset lands to Section 3, are contained within 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11, Township 12 North, Range 25 West, and Sections 33, 34, and 35, Township 13 North, Range 25 West, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
The proposed well is moving towards the following wells producing from the above-named common source of supply:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: to designate the Applicant or some other party as Operator of the unit well. Applicant is further requesting that the Order to be entered in this cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of the Order.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 21st day of April, 2026, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.
Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission's Oklahoma City office has relocated to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building.
