The offset lands to Sections 3, 10, and 15, are contained within Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, and 23, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, and Sections 33, 34, and 35, Township 13 North, Range 10 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma.
The proposed well is moving towards the following wells producing from the above-named common source(s) of supply:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant intends to drill the proposed well as to the Woodford targeted reservoir, with the Mississippian as an adjacent common source of supply. Applicant's proposed well may be located closer than 600 feet from the following existing well:

The placement of the proposed well will have no significant impact upon the existing well described above. However, the location as requested will maximize recovery of hydrocarbons within the unit, thereby preventing waste. Applicant should therefore be granted an exception to Rule:165:10-3-28(c)(2)(b) in order that Applicant's proposed well may be situated closer than 600 feet from the existing well described above.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: to designate the Applicant or some other party as Operator of the unit well. Applicant is further requesting that the Order to be entered in this cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of the Order.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 11th day of August, 2026, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.
Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission's Oklahoma City office has relocated to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.
