NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this cause may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for the hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant may request that any Order issued in this cause be made effective on a date prior to its signing. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN if any named natural person is deceased, then the known or unknown heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, devisees and assigns, immediate and remote, of such decedent are made respondents to this Application. If any named respondent is a corporation which does not continue to have legal existence, then the known or unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of such entity are made respondents to this Application. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at 8:30 A.M. on the 5th day of October, 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission's Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission's website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html.
