(CD4196927) NOTICE OF HEARING CAUSE CD NO. 2026-003220BEFORE THE CORPORATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA APPLICANT: CAMINO NATURAL RESOURCES, LLC. RELIEF SOUGHT: POOLING. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 7 WEST, GRADY COUNTY, OKLAHOMA TO ALL PERSONS, OWNERS, PRODUCERS, OPERATORS, PURCHASERS AND TAKERS OF OIL AND GAS, INCLUDING but not limited to all persons if living or if deceased, their known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of any such party, and all corporations existing and if dissolved, known and unknown successors, and all persons having an interest in the captioned land.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests that the Commission enter an order pooling the interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Mississippian and Woodford common sources of supply underlying Section 9, Township 6 North, Range 7 West, Grady County, Oklahoma, and designating Applicant or some other owner of the right to drill as operator of the unit well. Applicant may request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all working interest and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. Special Relief: Applicant may also request that the order to issue in this cause provide to the operator a period of one (1) year from the date of the order in which to commence operations for the drilling of the initial well proposed hereunder. Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this cause may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing on the Pooling is set before an Administrative Law Judge on October 5, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the Concourse Theater, Suite C50, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. The Concourse Theater is located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. Instructions for participating via teleconference or videoconference are available on the Commission's website at www.occeweb.com.
