LOCATION OF WELLBORE (LATERAL) AT COMPLETION INTERVAL: The proposed location of the end points of the completion interval will be no closer than 165 feet from the South line and no closer than 330 feet from the East line and no closer than 165 feet from the North line and no closer than 330 feet from the West line of the 1,280-acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit comprising all of Sections 15 and 22, Township 12 North, Range 12 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma. Same to be a well for the unit consisting of said Sections 15 and 22, a 1,280-acre horizontal unit by said order which requires that the well be located as follows: 4.1 Not closer than 660 feet from the unit boundary. The legal descriptions of the land sections adjacent to the area within which the location lies are Sections 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, 21, 23, 26, 27 and 28, all in Township 12 North, Range 12 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma. Applicant further requests that Applicant or some other party be authorized the right to drill said well. Applicant further requests that it be permitted to produce said well at said location from the common source of supply covered hereby without any downward allowable adjustment. SPECIAL RELIEF: Applicant further requests that the order to be entered in this cause may be made effective prior to the date of issuance of the order.
