Kelly, Edmond, OK 73034, up to and including the date and time indicated below, and will be opened and read aloud publicly at Edmond Public Schools after the time indicated. Complete sets of the Bidding Documents, including a Contractor's Qualification Statement, General and Supplemental Conditions, Specifications and Construction Plans are on file in the offices of the Construction Manager, 617 NW 27th St., Moore, OK 73160 and are open for public inspection. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained as provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturday, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The Owner/Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities or minor irregularities. The time period within which a Subcontract Agreement will be executed following award to the successful bidder is ten (10) days.(12-15, 12-22-25)
