Said 1,280-acre horizontal unit to be formed by combining said Section(s) 20 and 29, with the permitted well location to be located not closer than 660 feet from the boundary of such unit. (b) Applicant may request that said Order be made effective on a date prior to its signing. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
