NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order, possibly providing that this order be made effective as of the date of filing this application, as follows: Approving a multi-unit horizontal well in the 1,280-acre and 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed for the Mississippian common source of supply in Sections 3, 10 & 15, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma so as to allow such multi-unit horizontal well to be drilled as described below and to be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from the above-named separate common source of supply and establishing of a proper allocation factor for allocating the cost of, production from and proceeds from such multi-unit horizontal well to each of the affected units covered hereby. Granting such other and further relief as may be proper basis upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein. The legal descriptions of the land sections adjacent to the area within which the location exception lies is Sections 34 & 35, Township 13 North, Range 10 West and Sections 2, 11, 14, 22 and 23, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, all in Canadian County, Oklahoma. Applicant further requests that Applicant or some other party be authorized the right to drill said well, Applicant further requests that it be permitted to produce said well at said location from all common sources of supply covered hereby without any downward allowable adjustment. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT Applicant is proposing to drill the multi-unit horizontal well involved herein at the following location: Surface Location: To be determined at the final hearing. Completion Interval in Section 3: No closer than 165 feet to the North line, no closer than 0 feet to the South line and no closer than 400 feet to the East line of Section 3, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma. Completion Interval in Section 10: No closer than 0 feet to the South line, no closer than 0 feet to the North line and no closer than 400 feet to the East line of Section 10, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma. Completion Interval in Section 15: No closer than 165 feet to the South line, no closer than 0 feet to the North line and no closer than 400 feet to the East line of Section 15, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma. That the entire length of the lateral will be cemented such that the perforations will be isolated from the beginning and end point of the lateral.
