NOTICE OF HEARING
CAUSE CD NO. 2026-002735TBEFORE THE CORPORATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA
APPLICANT: TAMWORTH RESOURCES, LLC. RELIEF SOUGHT: MULTI-UNIT HORIZONTAL WELL - LOCATION EXCEPTION. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SECTIONS 3, 10 AND 15, TOWNSHIP 12 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST, CANADIAN COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested parties in Canadian County, Oklahoma, particularly: Validus Energy II Midcon, LLC, operator of the Scoter BIA 1310-3305, Jameson 2H-4-33, Braveheart 1H-16-9 and Braveheart 1H-21-28 wells.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issue an Order and possibly providing that this Order be made effective as of the date of filing this application, granting an exception under Order No. 716638 and Order to issue in Cause CD No. 2026-002184T, permitting the drilling of a multi-unit horizontal well with penetrations to the Mississippian common source of supply, with no downward adjustment in allowable, at the following locations:

Completion Interval in Section 3:
No closer than 165 feet to the North line, no closer than 0 feet to the South line and no closer than 500 feet to the West line of Section 3, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma.
Completion Interval in Section 10:
No closer than 0 feet to the South line, no closer than 0 feet to the North line and no closer than 500 feet to the West line of Section 10, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma.
Completion Interval in Section 15:
No closer than 165 feet to the South line, no closer than 0 feet to the North line and no closer than 500 feet to the West line of Section 15, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma.
The entire length of the lateral will be cemented to isolate the perforations from the beginning and end of the lateral.
That by Order No. 716638, this Commission has established a 1,280 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the production of oil from the Mississippian common source of supply underlying Sections 10 and 15, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma.
That by Order to issue in Cause CD No. 2026-002184T, this Commission has been requested to establish a 640 acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the production of oil from the Mississippian common source of supply underlying Section 3, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma. That the permitted well location under these orders is anywhere within the unit, but no closer than 660 feet to the unit boundary.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the lands adjacent to Sections 3, 10 & 15 toward which this well is moving is Sections 33 & 34, Township 13 North, Range 10 West and Sections 4, 9, 16, 21 and 22, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, all in Canadian County, Oklahoma and the Scoter BIA 1310-3305, Jameson 2H-4-33, Braveheart 1H-16-9 and Braveheart 1H-21-28 wells.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Application in this cause states that there is currently pending before the Commission in Cause CD No. 2026-002734T an application requesting the Commission approve the multi-unit horizontal well proposed herein and to establish a proper allocation factor for allocating the cost of, production from and proceeds from such multi-unit horizontal well to each of the units affected thereby.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: Grant an exception to Order No. 716638 and Order to issue in Cause CD No. 2026-002184T; authorize the Applicant to operate said well; and possibly providing that this order be made effective as of the date of filing this application.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the conservation docket at the Corporation Commission, Eastern Regional Office, Suite 540, 201 W. 5th St, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103, at 8:30 a.m. on the 10th day of August, 2026 and that this Notice be published as required by law and by the Rules of the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of the telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant's attorney prior to the hearing date and provide their name and phone number.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any party objecting to the place of hearing should file their objection with the Court Clerk not less than five (5) days before the initial scheduled hearing. Failure to make a timely objection to the location of the hearing may be deemed by the Commission as a waiver to the place of hearing or venue.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested persons may participate in the hearing by telephone. Instructions for participation and teleconference/video numbers will be posted on the Commission's webpage, https://oklahoma.gov/occ.html, and sent out via the Commission's GovDelivery service.
