(MS4182284) NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS OF DISSOLVED CORPORATION36th Street NCWR Center, Inc., an Oklahoma nonprofit, nonstock corporation (the "Corporation"), has dissolved and is winding up its affairs. Pursuant to 18 O.S. § 1100.1, all persons and entities having claims against the Corporation (other than claims asserted in pending actions, suits, or proceedings to which the Corporation is a party) must present their claims in writing. Each claim must contain sufficient information reasonably to inform the Corporation or any successor entity of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim. A claim must: 1. State the claimant's name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available); 2. State the amount of the claim; 3. Describe the basis of the claim; and 4. Include copies of any documents supporting the claim. Claims must be mailed or delivered to the following address: 36th Street NCWR Center, Inc. 512 North Broadway Avenue, Ste 300 Oklahoma City, OK 73102 Claims must be received by the Corporation no later than October 1, 2026, which is at least sixty (60) days after the date of this notice. Any claim not received by the foregoing deadline will be barred. The Corporation or any successor entity may make distributions to other claimants and other persons entitled thereto without further notice to any claimant. The Corporation is a nonprofit, nonstock corporation and has made no distributions to members. Accordingly, the aggregate amount of distributions made by the Corporation to its members during the three-year period preceding the date of dissolution is $0. The Corporation was formed less than one (1) year prior to the date of dissolution. Persons with contractual claims contingent upon the occurrence or nonoccurrence of future events or otherwise conditional or unmatured are also requested to present such claims in accordance with this notice. This notice supersedes any prior notice published by the Corporation regarding notice to claimants.(7-24, 7-31-2026)
