SUBSURFACE LOCATIONS OF THE FIRST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 31:
not closer than 330 feet from the north line and not closer than 660 feet from the east line of said Section 31,
SUBSURFACE LOCATIONS OF THE LAST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 31:
not closer than 0 feet from the south line and not closer than 660 feet from the east line of said Section 31,
SUBSURFACE LOCATIONS OF THE FIRST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 6:
not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 660 feet from the east line of said Section 6,
SUBSURFACE LOCATIONS OF THE LAST PERFORATION IN SAID SECTION 6:
not closer than 330 feet from the south line and not closer than 660 feet from the east line of said Section 6,
with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant; and (ii) granting a full allowable for the proposed multiunit horizontal well involved herein as to production from the common source of supply covered hereby in each of the units formed therefor in the lands involved herein, with no downward adjustment imposed thereon. The application in this cause further states that there is currently pending before the Commission an application of Applicant requesting the Commission to approve, authorize and permit the multiunit horizontal well involved herein and to establish proper allocation factors for allocating the costs of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the units affected thereby.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the "land sections adjacent to the area within the location exception" requested herein in said Sections 31 and 6 in regard to the subsurface location tolerance areas described above are Sections 29, 30 and 32, Township 18 North, Range 16 West of the IM and Sections 5, 7 and 8, Township 17 North, Range 16 West of the IM. The other "land sections" surrounding said Sections 31 and 6 are Sections 25 and 36, Township 18 North, Range 17 West of the IM and Sections 1 and 12, Township 17 North, Range 17 West of the IM.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the name and operator of each well completed in or producing from one or more of the separate common sources of supply covered hereby in any tract of land or unit adjoining or cornering the units involved herein, toward which the subsurface locations of the completion interval of the multiunit horizontal well involved herein are proposed to be moved that are closer to the boundaries of the units involved herein than authorized by the spacing orders covered hereby, are set forth below:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set before an administrative law judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma. Notice is further given that the application in this cause may be amended at such hearing in accordance with the rules of the Commission and the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at the Western Regional Service Office of the Corporation Commission, Will Rogers Memorial Office, 2401 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105, at 8:30 A.M. on the 6th day of October, 2026, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission's Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building.
